Dear Nirmalites family,
Welcome to Nirmala Matha Convent School, ICSE/ISC.
My heart expresses gratitude to Mother Mary, Our Beacon Light, for making each of us a part of the Nirmalites family especially our dear students, parents, teachers, and staff.
We are beginning our new journey of this academic year against all the odds brought in by Covid-19. We are God’s children and He is mindful of us and our lives. With faith in Him and love for each other, we can join hands together and weather this storm and stand as witnesses of His, mighty hand that preserves us each day.
Following our founder’s vision, we continue in our duty to provide education to all His children so that education will bring light into everyone’s life dispelling the darkness.
Please have a glance at the various facets of our refurbished website to be better informed about the institution and its activities, goals, and plans. It is another step taken by the institution to strengthen the bond between us and bring us closer.

The place where a child spends most time of his day is undoubted- School. School life is a very important part of one’s life because it provides the opportunity for studies and discipline. School plays an important role in widening the outlook of students. Virtues such as tolerance, discipline, and obedience developed in pupils. I was a Nirmalite for 9 years in ISC and in these years I got to be disciplined. They show our discipline in the classroom, playground, library, and other places.
The prime objective of any educational institution is to offer quality education. Keeping that in mind the Nirmala Matha Convent School (ICSE) is functioning very effectively which is the most welcoming factor and appreciable one. I am glad that the school is progressing continuously and successfully implementing its mission towards its goal with its futuristic vision. The purpose of education is to impart not only on how to make living but also how to live. In Nirmala Matha Convent school (ICSE) it has been witnessed how the campus had been so vibrant with a lot of panoramic activities in both academic and non-academic areas in order to enhance the knowledge, enrichment of skills, and inculcating the values among the young learners.
Education is not just a tool or asset one uses to excel in life, it’s a never-ending, wonderful journey that teaches you even the tiniest bit you would face in your life, while all this starts at the very beginning of your life – CHILDHOOD. From the right beginning of my childhood to being a teenager of age 15 I’ve been studying in the great institution of academic excellence – NIRMALA MATHA CONVENT SCHOOL ICSE, ISC. As I said it wasn’t about education, it was about practical thinking, application, and implementation of concepts and a place for disciplinary and good character building. When I talk about all this the first to flash my mind was my teachers, undoubtedly who do you think would be the shapers of stones. More than the education they taught us what life was all about, their contribution to our life is more than what they feel they did. It would be incomplete if I don’t mention our powerful leader Rev. Sr. Sisy SABS, her willpower, vision, and spiritual mind was a truly inspiring asset for us.

My journey at Nirmala Matha Convent School has been spectacular and overwhelming. I feel honored to work with such professional and positive people. NMCS has provided me with a highly professional work environment with a world-class standard. Spending time with children is what I look forward to the most. It gives me immense pleasure to watch children learn, grow and achieve their milestones.
NMCS – ICSE/ISC, is a school filled with warmth, creativity, fun, and friendship. It is a place that is willing to implement innovative ways. After being part of the Nirmalite family for 6 years, I am glad and grateful to the school for letting me stay on. It is more than a workplace, it is a home a safe haven where there is constant encouragement, opportunities for students and teachers to gain exposure in various fields. The school always looks at providing the teachers with professional development and mentors to guide us. The school doesn’t focus on just academics but looks into developing deeper bonds outside the classroom.
My journey at Nmcs is overwhelming and influencing. Nmcs has positive vibes that make it a beautiful shelter for the teachers, a very healthy and engaging environment around. The best thing is every member at Nmcs is treated respectfully. The curriculum is great for both students and teachers.
